    DO NOT BUY

    By Milton Christian

    Comments:

This helment mirror is so flimsy and vibrates in the wind to the point you cannot focus on what's behind you. Does not matter what speed or road conditions, it shakes. Tiger Eye helment mirror is much better quality.

      Comments:

I've tried other helmet mirrors, but nothing matches the Blackburn. It stays attached longer than any other I've tried, and stays adjustable. When the adhesive finally lets go (they all do eventually), usually after 1.5 to 2 years, the package contains more pads if you can remember where you put them! Adjustability is great! If the ball swivel starts to slip in the socket, the problem is usually finger grease - I just pop it out and wash in soap & water and dry thoroughly. I bought an extra helmet mount pad, and put one on my snowboarding helmet for winter cycling - sometimes I use it while snowboarding too! Only complaint is the arm is flimsy and the mirror wiggles at certain wind speeds, and it breaks a little too easily. So I keep a spare - easy at this low price!
