Because it's hard to know when you're going to get a flat, it's always good to have extra tubes on hand. Specialized's Turbo Ultralight MTB Tube w/Talc is lightweight to save rotational weight. The Talc lets the tube move easier inside the tire for a better ride with fewer flats.

The age of traction, stability, and speed has arrived, and its name is the Roval Traverse 38 SL Fattie 650b wheels. They feature 148mm rear and 110mm front axle widths, but to turn them into descending machines is the 38mm internal rim width. The extra width also allows for more tire volume, which means increased suppleness in the ride quality. The MTN Tube Spool is a simple, compact system that'll carry everything you need to fix a flat without weighing you down. To do so, its design allows for a spare tube, with up to a 48mm valve stem, to be rolled-up without damaging the tube.
